Virtual Learning = Traveling Heberts Part 1

Soooo.... we are on our way back to IL  ( our AZ home is still there, we cleaned it well if anyone needs a little getaway LMK! its vacant til we go again!) & had two wonderful offers... that we simply said Yes to! 

We had an offer to spend time at our friends gorgeous Orlando condo, and my mom's Madeira Condo is vacant all month, and so we packed up last minute, used the long Labor Day weekend as our driving days, yes it's a long haul from AZ, but we did it! Left Friday after work, and arrived in Orlando Monday afternoon! Here is that journey! 

Thankful for the kindness of our new friends- you guys we haven't actually met them! Its literally only by Gods grace that we got connected! And they selflessly opened up their literally GORGEOUS new place to our circus!? Wow. Blown away. So cool. So thankful. 

Our drive begins. We love road trips. Day 1- 2 normally go great. By day 3 we are all a little less impressed BUT lets see how this trip goes!! 

So thankful they love car naps!

We haven't ever driven from AZ-FL before, so the southern views were new to us! Loved it! ( Except the crazy high off ramps in Texas!)

Little Lulu. Still fits in her infant car seat. Loves "singing" and guys, we aren't taking that paci away until we have to! She loves it and so do we ;)

Texas! The oil setups were incredible! Homeschool Lesson #1 - where does our gas come from. 

We had great plans to spend the night in New Orleans, until we saw how small the streets were and our truck barely even fit, and the crowd was ummm a little diverse, so we thought it would be best to drive around, snap some pic and keep movin'! This is on our bucket list for a kid free date tho! 

We try not to drive at night, but we ended up having to, since we weren't staying in N.O. 

We found a beautiful and huge room in Mobile. 

Sometimes you needa find a room that gives everyone some SPACE can I get an Amen?! We found the perfect spot. 

Harrison was impressed. He got the comfy couch with his own gaming TV.

Hudson and Hannah got their own space, with their own bathroom too! Hannah is currently singing the shower. You may see her on AGT, she has some pipes! 

And all the praise hands. Here is our beautiful space. 

And Lulu has plenty of space to run and twirl and goof around in. 

And yes it was 10pm at night but coffee still needed to brew :) Yum.

Another day, another nap, and lets talk about the two in the way back. Hannah will get a sister crown in Heaven. 

We made it to Orlando, work begins for CPS tomorrow, it's also Hannah and Hudson's 1st day of School, and we are in a new to us condo, trying to make 5 school spaces work. We got this!?!?! Yes. Yes we do.
