Happy Tuesday!
Thankful this week for :

Hudson's summer school going so well. It's the perfect amount of time ( 15 minute zoom check ins daily and no work on Fridays) and a few Seesaw activities, which are self directed and give him excitement in success!

 Thankful for my Cali cousin, blessing Harrison with an insane bday gift! To you and I, his shoes here may look like ordinary shoes, but if you ask Harrison, they are anything but ordinary and very very special. He was "stoked". The surfer hair brings new words I guess?

 Thankful for another load of tires and more biz!

 Thankful for this delish sauce! Whole 30 Compliant!

 Thankful for early morning walks! The heat is intense after 9am, so getting any kinda outdoor activity in, besides pooling, needs to happen pre-sun!

 Thankful for his School time! He loves the 1 on 1 attention from all his teachers!

 Thankful for making the most of mask wearing.... we both got ortho consult... we both needed braces...

The technology from the 90s til now is mindblowing. 30 minutes each & we were done!? Love this ortho office. Love that he did his work at Harvard and we have the MA connection! Love the insane amount of hot pink everywhere. Love the special touches ... at the end of our appt, he hands us "his prescription for pain" I was like hmm I didnt have too much pain before.. wondering whats going to happen here... but.. it was gift cards to the local ice cream store.. so thoughtful.. .

 Not thankful for these stats about Arizona's Covid situation, but thankful we can lay low at home and social distance at the pool.

Thankful for creative ways of letting Matt prep for meetings. Taking drives is always fun and finding cool artwork for "jump out and smile" times are great too

 Thankful for the local Urgent Care. I was hesitant to bring Lulu anywhere, worried about germs of course, but her rash under her arm and around her thighs and bum, were not getting better and we tried a bunch of topical creams. Thankful that the urgent care was a branch of Phx Childrens, and it was 100% empty when we got there, and the Dr socially distanced, and we got our script and left! The antibiotic has helped , PTL!

 Thankful for Last Chance and for this guy sifting through all the junk to land one cool jacket. Of course we said no, but he had to take a pic anyway :)  ( In case you forget about my insane love of Last Chance from when we lived in AZ- it's Nordstrom's Last Chance- so its like all the old stuff, used stuff etc that can't be sold at their store, comes here. And some days it is a dud and you leave empty handed and others- like this day- it was empty as far as people go and full as far as bargains but we all had self control, and my new Tory is like 1/2 price so that counts as self control right!?

 Thankful for good reminders...

 Thankful for Lulu loving Frozen and Olaf and Frozen 2 with a passion. Like a jump and jump and shriek when it comes on. This is the behind the scenes of how Matt can speak on Zoom and I can get the others to listen, sit still and look "normal" on the call. Thank you low to the ground highchairs and Disney +. Teamwork baby.

 Thankful for this cutie duck growing so well! She sleeps inside still but plays outside all day. It is so sweet to see her snuggled in this tub at night.

 Thankful for the pool at our gym being open and nearly empty all day err day. Huge blessing. We are missing Mimi's pool lots right now, but having this option is beautiful! And the water slides are pretty fun too!

 Lulu loves her nap sched and today clearly we blew it, we just pooled too long- but PTL for her just chillaxing and eventually snoozing! Don't worry she had on her wet swim suit and we misted her a couple times, so she wasn't hot :)

 Thankful for special mail arriving for the fam!

 Thankful for the online VBS and meetings going well! This was Friday, the last night ( sob), and normally there is either a Float night after the meeting or a DQ outing, so we brought our own fun to the call. Fro Yo Friday. I think it'll stick even without VBS ;)

 Thankful for Hudson's thought processes... of course use a baseball mit as the "glove" to catch the tree clippings.

 Thankful that we could celebrate on zoom with my coworker! Her wedding was planned from Jamaica! Insert all the tears for her! Oh the heartbreak. But her she is... as gorgeous as ever!

 Thankful for meditation activities from Hudson's OT. This was a new to us show, and he loved it.

 Thankful for Harrison's Go Kart project! His friends out here are all into it as well, and so he works on it at home and now it's at his friends barn where they will assemble and weld it! It is repainted a bright blue! This was all bought with tire sales! He is learning some cool life skills during Covid!

 Thankful for online gospel meetings starting this week! Love this quote!
