Lulu's Birthday Week!

This week is going by slowly, and we are savoring every second, even if it's 106 out! 

Because the slower each day goes the more we get to look at this itty bitty Hebert and just stare in wonder that she is ALMOST 2. Literally 2. Oh Lulu. 

Weekly Photo Dump! It was such a fun, full week! 

Starting with our library visit. This place has only gotten better since when we lived here years ago! Lulu however is not quite ready for leaving fun places quietly yet. 

Meanwhile, hubs is working on his shin splint pain...

And big H is prepping for the Murph workout, taking place Memorial Day

Lulu loves to write and color! So thankful for washable everything!

Staycation for the night to celebrate my awesome Father in Law! 

And then back to reality of Dino Nuggs. 

When your bestie's pool is open and they live 1 mile away...

Matt's brother's girlfriend knew the director of the Youth Theater's Tarzan play! We love Tarzan, and thought the kiddos should see a play! So off we went! First, we needed to eat. 

Saturday Morning... bright and early... chilling with this cutie who Hannah tried to catch... but the bun had other plans!

Ready to be 2!

Sunday: Fellowship Dinner! In hopes of building a strong tighter knit community within- before we do outreach, we plan to do a quarterly meal together. This was our 2nd one, but I missed the 1st one when I was in Chi! It was so so so so awesome & we are already planning the next, way in advance! 

Also.... Lulu slept the ENTIRE meal.... 

Memorial Day Snack Box! We gave a couple away as a way to market and get feedback on improvements and we brought one to our own bbq!

MURPH! I did the 1/2. Harrison did the full! ( In Honor of Mike Murphy) SUCH a great way to kick off such a special day! And of course when kids were resting and on tech, we watched Lone Survivor. 

Oh yeah and we hiked too. When 9am is too late for a hike you know you are in AZ ! It was HOT you all! 

This pic captures the whole point of the sparkler. Included with all the boxes are sparklers bc we all love the flare they bring right? And the smiles all around when we lit it was perfectly captured!! 

Such a sweet crew.

Hoppy Hebes! Coming to the local farmers market! 

So Lulu can say Ball... and does so with ummm energy, when she sees it... and you know what? 2.99 to make my Target trip do-able seemed ok 💁

Then we heard Under Armour was having an 80% off sale... legit you guys! 40% off the whole store, plus teachers get additional 40% off! So we had to go! 

Matt & Shad went up north on a fun afternoon adventure! 

Just a mere 9 mile hike. Uphill. In the snow. Barefoot. Just kidding. It was uphill though👀

Thankful for fun High School events! These kids and those faces! Bowling, pizza and games? Yes, please!

So these presh critters are so cute and so easy to care for as pets, after we realized building a bunny pen was to no avail. We still have the pen, but there are multiple dug out escape rooms, so they can go in and out as they please... and they hear that sliding door each morning so they chomp as I sip. It is so so sweet.

Big H and his 3 brothers from another mother(s).  You will see these guys together ALOT this summer. Thankful for good friends. You guys Ryan and Harrison were BORN just 3 months apart, just miles apart and here they are reunited years later. So so cool. 

And the prep for Lulu and Harrison's joint bash is in full swing! Tomorrow is the big day!
