10.20.2020

Today my dad is celebrating another Heavenly birthday! I may just have to have a slice of carrot cake in his honor today ;)

Thankful this week that my mom is recovering well from her hip surgery last Monday! She has a positive outlook and is rockin' that hot walker and compression socks! Lulu loves the walker too and tries to "help" Mimi walk.

Thankful for virtual learning & working. I do not miss the commute AT ALL. In fact I am now waking up at the time I would normally be walking Lulu into daycare!

Thankful for the cool crisp mornings!

Thankful for good friends with big hearts!

Thankful for city dates & PGM nights.

While Hannah trains at CrossFit, we search for fun ways to stay fit too! This local park is great!

So, I cant make edible skeletons with my class this year, but we sure can at home!
Thankful for hand me down toys!
Don't ask. Just know his dream came true.
My weather dream did not come true ;)
New to us brunch spot!

Getting all the pet exposure in! Sutton!

(Lulu is not a fan!)

Then our besties dropped off delish food for us, and we got to meet Stella!

Loving my new nails.
Thankful for Sherri's pumpkin cake. His fave chef and fave cake!

Literally we just cant with you Lulu Piper!! OBSESSED.
Sunday Songs!
And hey we know the singers!

Lovin' this Halloween inspo! Still debating on T or T time ....  this may be a good 2nd option...
Thankful for work happening! You guys the floors ( & walls) needed attention... and come end of November, it will be POPPIN'!

Thankful for Hudson's generous teacher! This crate is full of learning supplies to last until February!

Thankful for encouragement at our local gathering. The teens are going through scriptures together which means we all do it ...so we can help Big H (& ourselves!) the studying and discussion time is so beneficial!

Thankful for rereading Becoming Mom Strong by Heidi St John
May this encourage us: "Ask the Lord for the discipline to turn off any unnecessary distractions. Get alone with God, and turn your eyes upon Jesus. He promises to give us rest and to refresh us in ways only He can"
