Where did this month go!?
Thankful this week for....
860- A great start for Harrison's 4th grade year
861- A very happy anniversary
(Target I love your clearance racks! The perfect city dress! Pink strapless with a ruffle, maxi style)
862- Chicago
863- Hotel Monaco :{ my trip review is as follows: 4 star luxury was confirmed. Rooms were lavish & vintage glam. Free bikes for city rides. Delish coffee and cucumber water. 11th floor views - overlooking the river with view of TRUMP tower and many tourists. The window seat was amazing. We forgot many toiletries ( I totally forgot to pack the bathroom!! Sooo they literally were like a mini drug store - all complimentary of course- cha ching!}
864- Esther - babysitter extraordinaire who babysat our 3 kids overnight
865- Awesome workout program on the cycle. I was riding through streets of Paris. Maybe for our 25th Anniversary!?
866-breakfast dates with a random act of kindness. {The sweet old lady behind us had our kids pay for her, unbeknownst to her, and the owner of the place was touched and paid it forward with a box of fresh italian sprinkle cookies. The kids learned a lovely lesson & the cookies were delish}
867- Nail dates with Princess while Harrison is at school
868- Lightening that cancelled Harrison's practice & game. The Lord knew we needed down time.
869- Meli - our new fave city breakfast/brunch spot
(The juice was amazing: Carrot/Orange/Honey)
(Matt's juice was "amazing"- all sorts of "stuff" !)870- Consistent breakfasts before school, unrushed, with Cinnamon Toast Crunch ( Harrison), Pink Shredded Wheat ( Hannah), Rice Chex (Mama) & Jesus Calling devotion. {Hint: Waking up 2 hours before kids is serious the best way to rid the morning of stress and rush!}
Happy almost fall & almost time for Pumpkin scented everything!!! Wahooooo I am sooo ready!!! :) :) XOXO
