Thankful this week for peanut butter and mouse traps.  Who woulda thought- mice in Hawaii... yeah. us either. So gross. But 2 are now down for the count.

Thankful for Hannah's cooking skills and her servant heart. We had to whip something cute for Mr Hebert's 1st day of teaching ;) She was quite proud and he was quite pleased ;)  #forthewin

Thankful for fellowship with the Bakers. Even though we live a mile away from each other, between our work, workouts, and fam jam stuff, it is so hard to connect! But we did it!

So thankful for Williams Bey- my Kinder teammate from Chicago, We keep in touch ( sometimes too much and it makes me homesick!) But here she is with Karla. The sweet girl I blogged in the past about- one of 7 kids, mom got sentenced in June of 2017 with 100+ years ... so to say Karla holds a special place in my heart is an understatement.. 

I sent Karla a kissy face. 

And she kissed Williams Bey's phone... which grossed WB out, but made my DAY! Love that girl. Love that WB had to lysol wipe her phone. Love how Karla made me grow so much every day.


Thankful for the 3 monkeys who sleep all snuggly.. I think our blood is finalllly thinning and we can use blankets at night. The tradewinds are super pleasant here too- and our house gets a beautiful breeze.

Thankful that we were spared from the crazy sink hole traffic. Our area is pretty unique. There is one way in and one way out. The sink hole caused by a broken water main created a crazy amount of traffic on Friday and Saturday, which had us home bound, but thankful for the near to us beaches that made our Saturday a blast! The waves were just right for us, and Hudson is such a FISH. We love watching him grow out here!

Thankful for devotion time and for this goofball who loves pretending he is British and saying "would you like a cup of tea chicken" NOOOO clue where that came from?! But we love it! We also love Hannah asking for more devotion time. She loves to color and she loves hearing good verses! 💗

 Thankful for KoOlina's fun eateries... the general store is our fave smoothie/drink place and this Waikiki Lemonade was as yummy as it was beautiful!

Thankful for Matt's heart to serve the 8th graders and to reach the "unreachables". The 8th grade class has been through too many subs to count and with him there as their actual teacher, they are loving him and his spunk and dependability. He already had a couple weasels however, so positive reinforcement tools to the rescue. "Sip sip hooray, drink ticket Day" will be happen in each class for a few lucky winners, at the end of the week. 

(And Cup of Noodles are a huge hit here, so they need a noodle day too )

Thankful for these delish treats! I thought the fact that they are mini would hinder me from unwrapping the whole bag. But nope. 😕
