Throwback Thursday 4.29.2021

So the past 2 weeks have been a blur.

Working hard to stay in the moment...  yet the moment slips by so darn fast & boom 2 weeks have passed in between posts.

In a nutshell all is well. 4th Quarter started so that meant more students were scheduled to come in person, so I took a week trip to IL to prep the room & clean things out. It was awesome how it provided some closure to our IL chapter. We left only for a vacay & now a year +, after settling so well in sunny land, we know for now - we are going to stay in sunny land ☀️

Thankful oh so thankful for our kiddos routines & their ages & adaptability. Leaving for a week was hard inside for me & yes I almost stayed in the truck when we pulled to the curb at southwest ...  BUT we can do hard things right? I hear it. I read it. I even preach it ... so i better live it! And the return trip was special because I had my mom coming back as a surprise for Hannah & Hudson! It was short & sweet & full of memories!

And then the big 3-8 happened!

And this weekend as in T minus 1 sleep, hubs & I escape for a resort stay. ☀️

Here’s our life in picture form !

Ice Cream social at church!
Mr Hebert's Room gets a little face lift. Bulletin Board hack: $1 Tree Table Cloths.

Yes. This was Monday of 4th Quarter. And yes those were both for me.
I just loved getting photos from the ranch. Hannah did her motherly role of feeding kids in Mickey form.
Harrison did his stud role of cooking for class without a shirt. And using EVERY SINGLE PAN. Thank you dad for cleaning IT ALL UP. #forealtho (The assigned food was toffee and somehow his teacher thought the class should make the full serving size of 78 pieces?! It was really tasty and we will be eating toffee for years.)
Those pencil earrings tho!
Love me some amazing color & fun cheap playground toys. The city parks are open yet the school parks can't open, so we improvise .

PGM looks a little different, yet they still have their daily gospel services.
Not complaining about this office space. I love the sunroom in my moms house.
It was FREEZING
Literally.
Little Peaches living her best life.
SURPRISE Mimi came!

Dad Daughter Date Night !

We always divide and conquer... Ryan's birthday party... the sweet 16!

Birthday morning! I knew that I would relate to this piggy today... eat all the yummy birthday treats...
Breakfast in Cave Creek! We love this very old school diner. Handwritten menu. Prices that were lower than low and the amount of avo in my omelet was LEGIT. HBD to me!

Just in awe of how good and healthy my mom looks acts and feels! So thankful!
Fun fact about Hannah. She will eat Chicken & Fries for literally every meal if she could.

You guys. It was so special coming back from IL to happy mail from my aunts! From Cali to Boston, I sure felt the love! Thank you Thank you Auntie Jack Auntie Mo & Auntie Paula!! XOXO

Gummy Sush
Real Sush.

Sunday Church time!

Jeep Accessories are fun! This new grill flag tho!
Hope you have a cheeky weekend!
(Looks like potty training is happening for this no diaper diva! Really Lulu Really? )

4.13.2021

Happy Tuesday!

This week was full! We are so very thankful for my mom's continued strength during her chemo! We continue to be amazed.

We are thankful for the family time, our school schedule, our bunnies and all the fun in between! Enjoy the photo dump!

This cookie is still here! Slowly getting worked on.. but just so pretty to gobble! And we all know our dainty diva takes allllll day eating anything!
I tried to be more intentional on taking Harrison's photo this week. In true oldest child fashion he was found with a little most of the time! Thank you buddy! And they are still twinning. So alike in all the ways.
Peter Piper !

FAB FOUR Lunch date!
Meeting his OT!
Just a normal afternoon. Nerf Ninja!
Calm & Collected. Soul Surfer movie time! Finding a movie all 3 can enjoy has been our latest adventure! But we found one!
The beginning of all things crazy. We thought it would be "easy". But alas it was def more blood and sweat than we were expecting! The cement like dirt tho! And the sharp wire! Those tall fence posts are quite the scrapers if you are as clumsy as someone... I think they took me out like 5 times. We aren't too crafty to create a door so we hurdle jump daily. And we all know I didn't do a single track event in my life ever. So yeah. We did get pool noodles to soften the blow ;) All the praise hands. Our bunnies love to jump and play and try to escape. Day 1 they def all escaped. Since then we have been on guard & fill any little escape like burrows instantly and so far so good! At night they go in the secure pen, and we are thankful no predator has attempted them for supper!
We had a fun weeknight game night!
(Escapee Day 1)

They all got out Day 1.
But now this is what we find them like. That bunny life tho!
We have great hopes each Saturday to trailer up and ride off in the dirt ... but we all know that is exhausting, so we let Hannah ride on the street for 5 minutes and call it a day.
We love having out of state holiday buddies! Lulu got a new book & new snacks from Iowa!

The bunnies got a fancy rainbow chard breakie!
Lulu LOVES being in with the bunnies. Also very much dislikes the going inside process. Sigh.

Hannah working on her hair salon skills!
SUCH A DOLLFACE. Oh Luluuuuu.

These blooms tho!

Baseball camp!
Go Hudson Go!
These two. ALL. THE. HEARTS.
My MIL was kind enough to let Hannah join at Gracie's state gymnastic meet! They got to visit Rawhide!

Here is the Saturday sermon we enjoyed! DEF worth a listen!!
